Dedication
The members of this organization must be dedicated to improvement and success. My goal is to motivate each member to become more active in raising funds for their squadron. Financial success is vital to every squadron and therefore should be a top priority of every member. As a way to increase fundraising efforts I believe that a reward system should be implemented to provide incentives to dedicated squadrons. As National Director of Financial Management I plan to develop such a system and make sure that it is carried out consistently through all areas.

Corporate Sponsor
As National Director of Financial Management the financial success of every squadron is a top priority of mine. One way I propose to aid squadrons is the sharing of new and beneficial fundraising ideas. I will create a larger database of fundraising ideas and make them readily available to all squadrons. While I am sure that most squadrons have fundraising efforts that have worked well for them I believe we need to be open and accepting to new ideas, which as National FM I plan on developing.

National Budget
It is imperative for the national AAS funds to be managed efficiently. Costs must be minimized and carefully budgeted. My goal is to be dedicated and detailed in appropriate expenditures. Making the most of what you have is a personal philosophy of mine and I intend for that to carry through as National Director of Financial Management. I have enough experience in this position to make sure our books are meticulously kept. Finding corporate sponsors for our organization as a whole is another one of my goals. This would make more funds available for the aid of struggling squadrons.

Accountability
It is a major factor as an AFROTC cadet to be accountable for your actions. This carries over to finances in that keeping track of all earnings and expenditures are accounted for. My goal is to come up with a national format for keeping track of finances within each squadron. One of my first orders of business as National FM is to create a national format that will streamline financial tracking, making it easier to account for all funds.
