Leaders

Both Arnold Air and Silver Wings have a three-tiered leadership structure, with individual squadrons or chapters on college campuses, area or region headquarters that supervise multiple units in states, and national-level headquarters that exercise overall leadership of the organizations. The area, region and national headquarters are elected by their constituent units, rotating from location to location on a yearly basis. This strategy allows for the widest possible distribution of leadership experience throughout the organizations, ensuring that all our members have the opportunity to develop solid skills to serve them in both the Air Force and civilian life.
