Deadlines and Expectations
Punctuality is a key component of professionalism, especially for the future officers of the United States Air Force. It is also vital to the success of the organization as a whole. Getting paperwork in and meeting deadlines allows individual squadrons to receive the feedback and clarity that they are looking for from the national level. By setting realistic deadlines, squadrons and areas will be able to meets these goals and do so with quality work and organization.

Communication
Communication from the squadron level up to the national level ensures that all members of the society are informed of their expectations and the duties they must carry out. This process starts on a very small level and affects the entire chain of command. By responding to e-mails and phone calls as soon as possible, and demanding that the area and squadron levels do the same, information may be passed down and up the chain with much less delay. Answers and questions may be addressed almost immediately and, thus, more goals will be accomplished.

Forms and Documents
The overall clarity, presentation, and conciseness of forms and documents need to be addressed. Improving all three aspects of Arnold Air Society forms will lead to both stronger communication and punctuality.  I want to work with the national webmaster to improve the presentation of documents, by better organizing them as well as making any further necessary changes.
