Executive Boards 2006 was successfully completed at the end of September, and important business affecting our society was discussed. Available for download below are the AAS and Joint resolutions that passed and will be creating revisions in AASMAN-1 and JPM-1. Please note that two important resolutions, J3 and J4, have been passed on to the General Assembly at SALTCON 2007 for your consideration (Note: names written in the resolutions have been withheld for confidentiality until a later date). Those documents are all available below for your viewing pleasure.
Apply for National Parliamentarian! Applications are due via snail mail to myself, your Area Commander, and the EMC NLT 15 Nov 06. The application process is outlined in AASMAN-1, section 8.11. Please let me know if you are interested in applying or have any relevant questions. An official memorandum calling for NPar applicants is available to download below.
All Area Commanders should have picked an Area Parliamentarian to conduct business at their ARCON. Please email me the contact information for your ArPar if they are interested in helping out at NATCON. It can be a great experience to mingle with some important guests and have a positive impact on the conclave.

• Resolution Format: All resolutions for SALTCON 2007 must be submitted to business-chair [ at ] arnold-air [ dot ] org NLT 23 Mar 07 or they may not be considered during NATCON. Use this format to build your resolution, but do not be afraid to ask for help! I am best available to help by reaching me at the above email address.
• A helpful parliamentary procedures packet, provided by Silver Wings NBC Ms. Megan Brewer. A great introduction to basic parli pro you can use for your squadron meetings and at ARCONs!
