8.13.1. Applications and nominations must include:
8.13.1.1. A letter describing the candidate’s qualifications,decorations,and experience in AFROTC and AAS/SW. Specific reference to the applicant’s experience in web site design and maintenance is mandatory. Internet addresses of publicly-accessible web sites that the candidate has designed or maintained,if available,should also be included in the application.
8.13.1.2. At most,three letters of recommendation.
8.13.1.3. Send applications NLT 1 February of each year. Members must send courtesy copies to the appropriate intermediate HQs and the EMC.
